Abstract:
Human capital is the sum of biophysical and intellectual capacities of the personality to be implemented in the system of economic relations with the aim of deriving income and the increment of other types of capital in the process of motivated labor. As incomes on human capital should be considered the increment of economic benefits through the use of the labor process, the basic components of human capital - the ability to work, biophysical, intellectual and other abilities.
