Abstract:
The article considers the role of e-learning in the formation of a new educational environment. We present the analysis of the main stages of formation and development of e-learning system, and a brief overview of e-learning concepts. We describe advantages and disadvantages of using electronic educational resources from the perspective of different target groups.
