Reduction of Management Risks in Personnel Work

Abstract:
It is quite often that in personnel work specific social and psychological requirements to employees of certain occupations and subdivisions are not taken into account. This may reduce enterprise’s efficiency and increase the risk of making inefficient decisions. In order to assess the compliance of the employees’ qualification with their professional skills a survey has been conducted in two structural units of “Russian Railways” OJSC. Results of this survey are discussed in the article.
