Abstract:
For the sustained operation of budgetary institutions and efficient us of funds devoted to the implementation of their economic activity, it is necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the procurement process, which is based on a reasonable calculation of the initial (maximum) price of state contract. Currently, procurement experts indicate to significant shortcomings in the methods for the measurement of the public procurement initial (maximum) price. This article is encouraged to use the econometric method as the most well-developed. The study is based on modelling the computer case prices. The econometric model of the computer case price presented in the study makes it possible to identify the over-invoicing of the public procurement initial (maximum) price at the planning stage. The article also provides the main assumptions of this method. The results of the study can be used by supervisory authorities in determining the effectiveness of public budget spending.
