Abstract:
This article describes the features of corporate responsibility as a kind of civil liability. The author singled out and analyzed the groups of persons included in the bodies of the economic society. The article raises the problem of the concept of controlling person. The author of the work noted the types and measures of corporate responsibility. The problem of "corporate responsibility" to creditors of the company is designated.
