Abstract:
The article presents modern theoretical and methodological approaches that have developed in the management of the full life cycle of high-tech products, as well as current problems of their application at Russian machine-building enterprises, including in the military-industrial complex. I pay special attention to the relevance and scale of the tasks of creating a management system for the full life cycle of high-tech products in an innovative economy, the problems of managing the creation of an advanced scientific and technical reserve in the life cycle of high-tech products, simultaneously with the problems of weak goal-setting, insufficient coordination of technology development plans, conducting development work on the development of high-tech products. The problems of regulatory regulation of support and integrated support of high-tech military products throughout its life cycle are considered. For specialists of machine-building enterprises, researchers, teachers and university students - everyone who is interested in the current state and prospects for the development of control systems for the full life cycle of high-tech products in the machine-building industry of the Russian Federation.
