Аннотация:
Одной из задач государственной экономической политики является по-вышение эффективности воспроизводственных процессов через контроль социальных, технологических и институциональных рисков в национальной экономике. В статье рассмотрены особенности развития института зара-ботной платы с позиций реализации концепции национального благосостоя-ния, используя соотношение минимальной и средней оплаты труда в России. Анализ динамики индекса Кейтца показал меняющуюся роль функции зара-ботной платы в России для воспроизводства экономически активного насе-ления. Определен характер долгосрочной тенденции изменения индекса Кейтца в 2000 – 2019 (первое полугодие) гг. Проведенное исследование пока-зывает, как уровень минимальной оплаты труда (МРОТ) становится объ-ектом государственного контроля в системе долгосрочной выстраиваемой социальной политики в национальной экономике. Результаты исследования могут использоваться для формирования государственной политики соци-альной сплочённости общества с учетом социально-экономических интере-сов корпоративного сектора, работников и государства.
