Abstract:
The article deals with the main factors of the formation of Russian innovative national economy in general, and the need to develop innovative entrepreneurship as a solution to the problem of innovative development of the country. The individual factors of external and internal environment and their impact on innovative business operations in Russia are analyzed. The author has specifically considered the government's role in forming the national innovative economy in Russia. The introduction of modern innovative scientific and technical solutions, business cluster development system will help to overcome the negative trends in the Russian economy and allow to use the advances in the practice of economic development. The article material may be useful to scientists dealing with the problems of innovation development on the national and regional levels, employees of state structures.
