Аннотация:
The monograph presents conclusions and results of the current problems of law enforcement, interpretation, filling gaps in the substantive and procedural legislation governing the resolution of social and labor disputes; recommendations are made, which can contribute to some improvements in judicial practice and reform of the justice system for the protection and restoration of social and labour rights, based on collected and processed during the research data and the results of theoretical and practical development proposals for changes and additions to the procedural, labour and social security legislation are summarised; and also conclusions about improvements of normative decrees of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the resolution of labour and social disputes are defined.
