Conflicts in management: types and ways to resolve them in terms of crisis

Abstract:
The paper researches a multi-faced concept of conflict that is presented in the following expanded definition: conflict is a sharp aggravation of contradictions and collision of two or more parties in the process of solving the problem, which is of great business and personal importance for each of them and usually accompanied by acute negative emotions. Among the main qualities of conflict interaction the article identifies, on the one hand, its social nature, and on the other hand, it is also an acute negative internal mental state of a person, characterized by acute stress, and is expressed at verbal and non-verbal level.
It is shown that ways to resolve conflicts gain their special importance in the economic crisis. Additionally, there is a conclusion made on the high efficiency of consultation mediation in the situation of crisis conflict.
