Abstract:
The article is devoted to scientific review of the stages of development of methodology of strategic planning in Russia. Relevance of the topic is due to the fact that modern variants of the social economic strategy of Russia does not take sufficient account in domestic experience in the field of long-term planning methodology. Appeal to the developed methodology considering the errors in its implementation will allow to develop specific methods of interaction between long-term, medium-term and ongoing goals of Russia's development, based on the projected dynamics of the objective conditions of their implementation.
