Аннотация:
The implemented purposeful policy is sustainable for the development of the country. One of the main areas of the non-oil sector is the agricultural sector. Thus, it is known that the application of innovations to the non-oil sector with great potential in the country, especially to the agrarian sector, created the environment in this field to have important achievements. In the researched article, the formation of the development of the non-oil sector on innovative factors is particularly highlighted. Theoretical and practical studies on innovative development attract attention with their different approaches. One of the most important importance of such studies is related to the fact that they were of special importance in the formation of the theoretical and methodological bases of innovative development. In addition to all such researches, it is especially important to reconcile this field with the principles and requirements established by the modern era.
