    Abstract:
    The textbook deals with the issues of criminal law, criminologi-cal and forensic characteristics, as well as the specifics of initiating a criminal case and the impact of typical investigative situations on the system of initial investigative actions. This book is intended for interrogators, investigators, operatives, students, cadets, adjuncts and doctoral students of specialized depart-mental educational organizations.
