    Abstract:
    The monograph highlights the problems and prospects of innovative development of the northern regions of the North-West of Russia. The research presented in the monograph allows us to assess the importance of scientific research and development in the socio-economic development of the northern regions. Within the framework of the work, recommendations are offered to public authorities on the formation and development of innovative systems. The book is intended for students, postgraduates, university professors, researchers, employees of state and municipal bodies and anyone interested in the issues of innovative development of the economy.
