Аннотация:
Монография посвящена разработке теоретико-методических положений стратегического управления знаниями для внедрения концепции Индустрии 4.0 в компании на основе использования возможностей сетевой интеграции и принципов аналитической работы с большими данными.
Управление знаниями имеет стратегическое значение как инструмент трансформации и поддержки процессов обмена и использования интеллектуальных ресурсов, дающий объяснение социальным, организационным и экономическим аспектам феномена цифровизации и рассматривающийся в современной литературе как источник обновления видения менеджеров и повышения уровня их рефлексии относительно механизмов функционирования современных бизнес-моделей.
В монографии представлены следующие основные научно-практические результаты:
- предложен ситуационный подход к выбору стратегии управления знаниями в условиях внедрения Индустрии 4.0;
- предложена система структурных уравнений для анализа влияния организационной культуры на процессы управления знаниями, отличающаяся использованием концепции конкурирующих ценностей Кэмерона-Куинна;
- разработана методика построения стратегической карты управления знаниями, раскрывающая практическую логику выбранных долгосрочных действий при внедрении кибер-физических и интеллектуальных систем.
Монография может быть полезна студентам, аспирантам, экономистам, руководителям предприятий и практическим работниками в области управления знаниями.
