Аннотация:
В статье рассматривается история зарождения и развития аутсорсинга управления знаниями. Описывается его роль в глобальном мире. Анализируются основные преимущества использования для компаний аутсорсинга управления знаний. Выделены основные внешние и внутренние риски его применения. Показаны основные отрасли и направления, где возможно применение аутсорсинга управления знаниями, как в России, так и за рубежом. Представлен прогноз отрасли KPO в общемировом масштабе и на уровне РФ.

The role of outsourcing knowledge management in the global economy

Abstract:
The article deals with the history of the origin and development of knowledge management outsourcing. Its role in the global world is described. The main advantages of using knowledge management outsourcing for companies are analyzed. The main external and internal risks of its use are singled out. The main industries and directions are shown where it is possible to apply outsourcing of knowledge management both in Russia and abroad. The forecast of the KPO industry on the global scale and at the Russian Federation level is presented.
