Abstract:
Low salary in the social infrastructure sectors has a negative impact on the prestige of medical staff labor. There is a tendency of reducing their qualifications and professional level, quality of their work and services. Another problem is the turnover of skilled personnel in certain infrastructure sectors. The article suggests a methodical approach to remuneration of each employee. The author describes the basic principles of pay formation according to the suggested system.
