Abstract:
Today, such a management concept as a project approach, which is based on a highly efficient flexible team, is very popular. The success of joint activities of team members is determined to a decisive extent by the competencies and actions of its leader. The need to form and use a leadership approach to management is not in doubt. At the same time, in the system of Russian professional standards of the last sample, there are practically no requirements of the leadership nature to managers. This article proposes to consider the idea of the concept that determines the composition of leadership competencies, without taking into account the specific field of professional activity, their subsequent specification in the context of the industry and activity, as well as measurement to improve the quality and effectiveness of professional standards.
