Abstract:
The article considers the development of the "Shopping Center" format, its role in the establishment and expansion of retail trade networks, the formation and development of integrated trading systems in the world and in Russia. We define development directions of shopping centers in Russia as the basis for the formation of clusters of trade, service and manufacturing enterprises, coordination of interests of landlords and tenants; we conceptually examine the directions for achieving such synergies by such associations.
