Abstract:
The article considers the main application directions for information technologies in standardization of labor efficiency, namely, standard setting for the production, development of regulatory materials for the standardization of labor efficiency, calculation of optimal standards for service and numbers through economic and mathematical methods, processing the results of studies on time-use costs, compiling reports on the state of standardization of labor efficiency. All this makes it possible to reduce the labor intensity of the work of labor standards specialists and increase efficiency of their working time. The authors of the article present an approximate composition of the work of a specialist in standardization of labor efficiency and also present the structure of his automated workplace. We show the order and methods for developing automated labor standardization systems, an algorithm for calculating the annual economic effect from the introduction of an automated standardization system, an example of calculating the labor intensity of work performed on the standardization of labor in the workshop for one of the Samara enterprises.
