Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, e-commerce has become one of the fastest growing segments of the modern economy. E-commerce has penetrated into various business sectors, changing the traditional models of sales and distribution of goods and services. Logistics intermediaries in this transformation are one of the key elements that not only ensure efficient delivery of goods from the manufacturer (or seller) to the end user but also influence consumer loyalty and increase sales. The article provides a classification of e-commerce entities and forms of interaction between the main participants, defines the role of logistics intermediaries in managing the flow of goods from the manufacturer to the end user, using various delivery models, discusses issues of state regulation of platform employment in Russia and suggests ways to improve e-commerce logistics in modern conditions.
