Methodology of choosing a consulting company in the midst of sanctions

Abstract:
In the context of global economic changes and sanctions pressure, the selection of a consulting firm has become a strategically critical task for companies. This article focuses on the development of a methodology to systematize the process of selecting a consulting partner. Analysis of the Russian consulting market shows that sanctions have driven out international players, strengthened local firms, and reshaped the criteria for evaluating consultants. The proposed methodology includes key steps such as market analysis, formulation of requirements, tendering and integral evaluation. Special attention is given to specific factors, including consultants' willingness to work under restricted access to international practices and their ability to provide innovative solutions. This article is valuable for business representatives, researchers, and consultants seeking to improve interaction and adaptation processes under new conditions.
