Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of the dynamics of the number of personnel engaged in scientific R&D in Russia. In a number of industries there are no uniform approaches to the methodology of calculating and determining the structure of wages. The variety of models leads to the fact that the salaries of specialists with the same qualifications performing similar functions differ significantly. In this regard, the improvement of the remuneration system is an urgent issue. The authors analyze the parameters of the new remuneration system for researchers proposed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The analysis shows that the developed requirements for sectoral salary system are aimed at increasing the permanent part of the salary, taking into account the complexity of their work. The risks that can affect the effectiveness and slow down the pace of its implementation and application are presented. The article will be of interest to specialists in the field of employment and remuneration.
