Аннотация:
В монографии предлагается анализ и критическое осмысление казахстанского и зарубежного социально-обеспечительного законодательства и правоприменительной практики, изучение опыта ОЭСР, научных точек зрения на отдельные вопросы социальной защиты, в конечном итоге, - поиск подходов к усилению правовой защиты при наступлении социальных рисков в Казахстане. Книга предназначена для юристов, социологов, политологов, экономистов, представителей органов государственного управления, а также широкого круга читателей, интересующихся проблемами социального обеспечения. Монографическое исследование было профинансировано Комитетом по науке Министерства образования и науки Республики Казахстан (грант № AP 05131681).
