Developing a Method for Assessing State Target Programs of Supporting Agriculture Based on the Inter-Industry Analysis

Abstract:
The article considers issues related to applying the multiplication theory for assessing the state target programs for supporting agriculture. Investments within the country lead to an increase in the incomes of all related industries and to revitalizing the national economy as a whole. The author calculates the cumulative effect of investments in material and technical base of farms in the Chelyabinsk Region, which were made according to the program of renovation of fixed assets on the basis of leasing.
