Abstract:
The article reveals the concept of "public corporation" (PC). The founder of a PC is the Russian Federation, which has given special authorities and legal status to the new state institution. The author shows the role of Rostekhnologii (Russian Technologies) PC, which carries out organizational reforms in the defense industry of Russia. These reforms under the aegis of the state may become the basis of the industry's transition to an innovative path of development.
