Abstract:
Development of the social component of banks is crucial for the economic growth and bank activity has a direct impact on the society in which they operate. The article proves the importance of building long-term relationships with customers based on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The author shows the need for socially-oriented bank activities that is to most fully satisfy client needs and
promote the development of the society.
