Abstract:
The implementation of innovation requires an adequate system of governance. Article deals with the problem of predicting the effectiveness of innovation. The author grounded the approach to the commercialization of innovations in terms of the subject of infrastructure to support innovation-based model for monitoring innovation capacity. It is proposed to use the principle dialogicality while the forecast performance of innovative products based on expert data.
