Abstract:
The article presents some results of the study of current global trends in the system of corporate training of personnel of retail enterprises, as well as features of their implementation in modern Russian socio-economic conditions. In the course of the study, the factors influencing the containment of the pace of qualitative changes in the analyzed area are identified. Recommendations for their leveling are given; and the vectors of prospective development are determined. The resource potential, the use of which can contribute to ensuring and maintaining the competitiveness of the retail trade enterprise at a given level, is indicated.
