Abstract:
The necessity of the regular analysis in the decision of questions on management of the range of the trade organization is proved. On extensive factual data on the sale of six categories of wallpaper, trade organization demonstrated the possibility of ABC - and XYZ-analysis in assortment management. Advantages of simultaneous application of the specified methods with the subsequent combination of the allocated groups of the investigated range are convincingly presented.
