Abstract:
The paper shows the relevance of the introduction of professional standards in the activities of modern enterprises (organizations). However, there are some problems with this implementation. The paper shows examples of the most typical problems encountered in the implementation of professional standards in different areas. The spheres of industry (on the example of energy), education and public procurement are presented. The most common problems are systematized. These include: non-compliance of qualification of employees with the requirements of the professional standard; the need for high costs of training; the mismatch of the work functions of the professional standards and the existing job responsibilities of employees; the loss of the right to early retirement of employees over conditions of work while changing job titles, in accordance with article 57 of the labour code; the assignment of several level of working professions for that meter level and others. Measures for the solution of these problems are offered. The main one is a unified system of adjustment of implementation processes based on legislative acts.
