Professional standards: labor market's new reality, problems and prospects

Abstract:
The introduced Russian system of professional standards changes requirements for skill level, structure and content for the functions of officials. Scientific-methodological and legal aspects of the system include a variety of documents approved at the federal level. Labor market transition to professional standards is a compulsory urgent task of the heads of organizations and its implementation is a consuming task of the personnel departments. However, we noticed an event’s boost, some problems in coordination of the development and organizational implementation of professional standards and the lack of systematic ongoing events.
