Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the main issues of functioning of human resource management systems in the banking sector of China at the present stage of the Chinese economy development. The author presents a classification of Chinese banks, analyzes the main problems and trends in the development of the human resource management system in Chinese banks and identifies the main requirements to the bank’s employees in China at the present time. At the end of the article the author presents his conclusions and recommendation as for the improvement of human resource management system in the modern Chinese banks.
