Abstract:
At Russian enterprises, social partnership functions as a sort of a social tension damper and also as a site for the formation of social-labor relationships. In the process of formation and development of social partnership, agreement and legislative recognition of rights and obligations of various social groups occurs, as well as the formation of a regulatory basis for further improvement of regulation of social-labor relationships between the employers and employees of enterprises and organizations.
