Abstract:
Technological development coincides with convergence of the banking sector and the trading sector. The article reviews the effect of technologies on provision of banking services to retail clients. The evolution of the technological use in banks is analyzed. Global software brands that form the digital bank for retail clients are characterized. Main trends of development of the client-oriented approach to provision of retail banking services are given.
