Abstract:
The article reviews the solution to the issue of formation of the model for competences of modern managers taking into account some special features of the new economy. Based on the analysis of the experience of large companies in different business fields, applied models for competences of managers are detected. The need in development of the new innovative model of managerial competences becomes actual. The approach of the authors is that the basis of the new model for competences includes creative abilities, skills of economic thinking and people business. The new model for competences of the manager may be used in any company that uses the professional potential of managers for solution of main strategic issues of the company's business.
