Abstract:
This article assesses the possibility of establishing a free economic zone in the Belgorod region and developed ways to phase-in the FEZ. Intermediate steps to increase the level of exports of iron and steel products prior to administration of FEZ are the tax, duties, marketing and other measures such as the introduction of a regressive tax duties, improvement of tax policy branch of the regional branding. Dana financial evaluation of the economic efficiency of the proposed activities. The development of articles will be of interest to participants of foreign economic activity, state leaders, foreign counterparties.
