Abstract:
Due to sanctions and the withdrawal of leading foreign software developers from the Russian market, the issue of import substitution has become crucial for the country's technological sovereignty. The article provides a thorough analysis of government measures, market trends, and significant domestic solutions. The article covers legislative initiatives and practical strategies, such as standardization, cluster models, public procurement, and open-source code development. According to statistical data and industry reports, the domestic software market grew 15%, while imports decreased 18.5%. The analysis focuses on the competitiveness of Russian analogues in key software segments. The article contributes to developing scientifically based approaches to forming a sustainable ecosystem of domestic technologies.
