Directions for improving the management process model for machinery and equipment repair companies

Abstract:
Over the past five years, the position of the machinery and equipment repair industry has changed significantly. The process management model now plays a key role in improving industry company efficiency, allowing them to respond flexibly to external challenges and opportunities. However, the existing process management model itself needs improvement based on an assessment of business process maturity in the machinery and equipment repair industry.
Therefore, research on ways to improve the process management model of machinery and equipment repair companies is relevant and timely. The article aims to identify and substantiate ways to improve the management process model for enterprises specializing in machinery and equipment repair. The research objectives are to conduct a comparative analysis to identify the features of applying the process management model in modern conditions, to form a methodology for identifying areas of the process management model that need improvement in machinery and equipment repair companies, and to approve the proposed methodology. The research methodology includes comparative source analysis, a survey, a goal tree, a matrix diagram, and the Delphi method. The result of the research is a well-founded approach to improving the process management model for machinery and equipment repair companies. The author concludes that the most important areas for improving the process management model of machinery and equipment repair companies are, first, the optimization of managerial business processes related to company planning and, second, the total automation of managerial business processes to increase the speed of control actions and reduce the number of unnecessary approvals.
