Abstract:
The article examines the contribution of artificial intelligence and big data to the effectiveness of business management in the context of digital transformation and identifies opportunities for increasing the effectiveness of management in Russia based on these technologies. To this end, based on regression analysis, economic and mathematical modeling of business management in the context of digital transformation using artificial intelligence and big data was carried out. The author of the article summarizes the international experience of the top 30 countries in the world, business structures in which the technologies in question are most actively used in 2023. The main author's conclusion is that the data of artificial intelligence and big data technologies open new opportunities for improving the effectiveness of management in the context of digital transformation. The article substantiates the advantages of business management automation in the context of digital transformation, including increasing the flexibility of Russian business,growth of the added value of domestic business, and improvement of the effectiveness of innovation management in business. Based on the projection of international best practices on the Russian digital economy, the author made a forecast, which showed that due to the massive spread of artificial intelligence and big data and their application in management, the effectiveness of Russian business management will significantly increase. The forecast revealed the prospects of improving business management in Russia through the management automation of using artificial intelligence and big data.
