Аннотация:
Статья посвящена анализу процесса демократических преобразований на Гаити и перспектив вовлечения гаитянского населения в процесс демократизации. Автором обосновывается актуальность и значимость темы исследования. В статье, исследуются аспекты, соответствующие зарождению и развитию гаитянской политики, внимание сосредоточено на анализе институциональных недостатков, которые могут послужить устранению и переориентации политической системы Гаити. Делается вывод о необходимости дальнейшего исследования данной темы для целей выявления прочих действенных методов относительно демократизации политической системы и общества в целом. Данные, приведенные в работе, выводы и оценки могут быть применены для дальнейшей научной разработки проблем политической системы Гаити.

Haiti: the never-Ending transition to democracy

Abstract:
The article analyzes the process of democratic transformation in Haiti and the prospects for involving the Haitian people in the process of democratization. The author substantiates the relevance and significance of the research topic. The article examines aspects relevant to the origin and development of Haitian politics, focusing on the analysis of institutional shortcomings that can serve to eliminate and reorient the Haitian political system. In order to identify other effective methods for the democratization of the political system and society as a whole, further research on this topic is necessary. The data, conclusions and assessments presented in this article can be applied to further scientific development of the problems of the Haitian political system.
