Abstract:
The authors' research is devoted to the analysis of the problems of transport support for the development of regional economic systems in the context of the expected cardinal transformation of the domestic economy in the context of new geopolitical and geo-economic circumstances. The authors of this article are inclined to the inevitability of cardinal reforms in the economic system of our country, entailing a significant, if not complete, transformation of all sectoral economic systems aimed at the real restoration of the domestic economy through the revival of its production base, which, most likely, will require the development of a new model of sectoral reforms in transport. The authors conclude that only the development of the infrastructure network of the national transport system, primarily rail transport, in the medium term will avoid the territorial division of the country and the separation of its Asian part and other peripheral regions.
