Development of business incubators and transfer of technologies as elements of innovative strategy of a university

Abstract:
The Article contains the problems of business incubator’s development as one of a tool of innovative entrepreneurship. The authors review experience of the creation of university business incubators of the leading Russian universities, identify goals, tasks and main directions of their innovative activity. The purpose of this article is to open up the connection of successful activity of transfer centers of university technologies with innovations’ implementation on the concerned industrial enterprises. The authors explain the expediency of increasing the competitiveness of modern universities through the development of technology transfer centers.
