Abstract:
The paper studies the objectives of business incubators and other structures of support to entrepreneurship that were established in the USA, namely, at Northern Iowa University, partner of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Their functions, organizational features, and methods of interaction with local businesses and academic procedures are thoroughly analyzed.
