Abstract:
The article considers the theoretical basis for developing a management system by means of creating and developing competitive engineering enterprises. The system is designed for meeting the needs for effective technological modernization, industrial engineering enhancing and general management improvement. Consequently, a step by step algorithm of the system’s operation and goal achievement process is introduced in the article.
