Abstract:
Today small enterprising is a promising and strategically important part of the economy of any region and it acquires a growing importance in the crisis conditions. The article describes the situation of small business in the Orel Region and the measures taken by the local authorities for its strengthening and development. It also reveals the problems and their solutions.
