Abstract:
One of the major challenges in building a socially oriented market economy in Russia in the XXI century can be a shortfall in the power industry. The current stage of restructuring of the domestic power industry assesses the need for investments in the industry’s enterprises in the amount of 779.2 billion rubles. It is expected that 178.4 billion rubles of these will be received from private investors.
