Abstract:
In modern conditions improvement of housing conditions is a priority for the corporations in supporting the staff. This requires that organizations should develop and implement the optimal organizational and financial mechanisms. Social and labor partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan has shown that enterprises can independently acquire housing for their employees and give it on certain conditions as well as provide cofinancing of various housing programs.
