Abstract:
The article examines the planning system in the organizations of Kaluga and the Kaluga Region. The author defines the main directions and varieties of planning system at industrial enterprises. She analyzes the organization and planning methodology, defines the causes of discrepancy between the planned targets and the actual indicators.
