Abstract:
During the period of global economic crisis, the state responsibility is increasing and is expressed in the application of measures to reduce the impact of the crisis on the national economy. The state actions do not guarantee a complete «calm» in the economy, so the key decision allowing the company to stay «afloat» during and after the crisis usually depends on the company's top management.
